A Brewing Storm

First of all, this is a well done work with a wonderful mood. I really like the dark, highly contrasted colours and lighting here - they create an atmosphere that is full of tension and anticipation, and that goes really well with the title. The blur generally also adds to the feeling, but I've got a suggestion to go with it - I think the image would look better it the model and the part of background closer to the eye of the viewer weren't blurred, or at least not as much. Right now it's slightly confusing - the model is standing still, not moving, and besides moving elements you usually blur things that are far away, or very, very close. The element that you want to the viewer to focus on should be sharper than the rest.

Other than that, the only suggestion I would have pertains to the composition - I think the model could be moved slightly down and to the left.
